Description:

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of IT solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, strategic growth, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

2.Client Acquisition:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions and services to prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

3.Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving IT requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions which address their business goals.
  • Work closely with Account Manager and Solutions Engineer to ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for IT-related matters.
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and met.

4.Sales Strategy and Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal technical teams, project managers, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and Client Experience teams to develop compelling collateral and participate in promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and Project teams to transition clients smoothly post-sale.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT sales or business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expectations.
