Job Title: Business Analyst

Department: Finance

Location: Onsite Pleasanton, CA

Compensation: $80,000 $120,000 + annual bonus

About the Role

The Business Analyst role is an opportunity to begin your career in data and business analysis. You will work closely with the Finance team to track and analyze key SaaS and payments KPIs, such as retention, churn, and revenue growth. You will assist with building dashboards, preparing presentations for executives, and uncovering insights that drive business growth. This role is best suited for early-career professionals who are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS and fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support tracking and reporting of KPIs such as customer retention, churn, product adoption, and revenue.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time business visibility.
• Conduct exploratory analysis on customer behavior, pricing, and transaction trends.
• Help prepare executive and board presentations by simplifying and visualizing complex data.
• Collaborate across teams to connect business drivers with financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business or data analysis (internships, research, or project work acceptable).
• Basic skills in Excel and SQL, with exposure to BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a desire to learn and grow.
