Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Change Manager/Project Management
• 2+ years of experience supporting the change related to new software applications and data product implementations
• Capability to quickly earn the trust of project sponsors and key stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset
• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or relevant field of study

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications in Project Management, PROSCI certification, etc.
