Content Librarian - Digital Asset Management

As the Content Librarian, you are responsible for ensuring the cohesion, training, support and maintenance of the system and will be working within the Digital Asset Management team to ensure we are building and maintaining the highest quality DAM that supports our stakeholders' needs based on an ever changing landscape. This work will ensure that our company's digital assets can scale and perform at the utmost level.

Who you are:

• You have experience in Digital Asset Management
• You are passionate about tying data and assets together to create great products
• You have a solid understanding of DAM, CMS, and metadata tagging best practices and principles
• You are well organized and highly structured, with the ability to give attention to detail and guide a project from start to finish, often liaising with multiple stakeholders

What you'll do:

• Update and maintain configurations related to user accounts, metaproperties, guidelines, homepages and workflows
• Audit uploads and metadata to ensure assets are of high quality, are searchable and have the necessary and relevant information tied to it
• Monitor and triage internal customer feedback and maintain communication with external vendors to ensure proper adoption and evolution of the DAM
• Facilitate training sessions with our internal customers and perform necessary duties to ensure adoption of the DAM and proper usage
