The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for managing billing dispute cases and servicing our client's product. Key duties include answering and logging customer calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching technicians, and providing support for billing issues. This position requires exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Work Environment
This position is based onsite in a comfortable, air-conditioned office in Stuart, FL, within a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on experience. The role offers a clear career path with the potential to transition to a first-shift schedule upon full-time hire. Work schedules include various shifts with designated days off. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
