Flower Delivery Driver – Join Our Team!

Tropical Arrangements Flower Shop – Randallstown, MD
$18/hr | 30–40 hours per week

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Flower Delivery Driver to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people smile, love staying active, and want to work in a positive, creative environment, this is your chance to bloom with us.

This position includes helping around the shop, supporting our florists, and delivering beautiful arrangements throughout the Baltimore/DC area.

✨ Responsibilities

• Deliver floral arrangements safely, promptly, and with care
• Load and unload your vehicle with accuracy
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any issues
• Assist the florist with light shop tasks when needed
• Present yourself neatly and professionally — you're delivering flowers and happiness
• Provide warm, courteous customer service at every stop

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related fields
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle physical workload
• Strong time-management skills and reliability
• Comfortable driving long distances when necessary
