In this sales role, you will:
- Achieve Sales and Margin Goals : Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly & annual targets. Earn uncapped commissions based on your own success.
- Master the Norfolk Design & Sales Process : Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience by adhering to the Norfolk design and sales process.
- Design, Estimate & Measure Projects : Create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths, utilizing precise measurement skills to ensure a proper fit.
- Cultivate Lasting Relationships : Build and nurture enduring relationships with homeowner and builder clients.
- Collaborate with the Team : As a kitchen and bath designer, you will work closely with the showroom team and coordinate with other support teams, such as delivery, construction, and customer service.
- Attend Training and Events : Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry changes by actively participating in training sessions and events.
What you will bring to the role:
- Proven ability to be successful in building connection with customers and win the sale.
- 4+ years in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design.
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen cabinet design, product offerings, and related vendors.
- Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
- Proficiency in 20/20 design software.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
- Strong organization and project management ability.
- Experience working with HubSpot or another CRM platform to manage your leads.
- Strong aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable working within a shared folder setup.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including some weekends (Saturdays rotating).

Some expectations for the work environment:
- Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites required.
- Ability to perform physical job tasks as needed. (field measurements, walk job sites).
- Ability to articulate, write, and read in English. Bi-lingual a plus.
- Comfortable sitting and working with PC-related tasks for extended periods.
- Comfortable navigating around construction machinery and other potential site hazards if necessary.
