Location: Lewiston or Winona Facility


Shift/Hours: Mondays-Fridays, standard office day hours

Remote Work: This position is required to work onsite every day for the first 90-days. After 90-days, this position can work remote 3 days of each work week. 2 days of each work week is required to work onsite at the home facility.

The Team: Our Order Fulfillment Team is tasked with management of customer orders from receipt through production and
fulfillment. Customer orders and order changes will be reviewed, entered and subsequent production orders will be planned, released, and scheduled in partnership with our Production Management and Leadership teams. The Order Fulfillment team will provide necessary follow-up in order to provide on-time delivery to our customers, or in the case of delay or expedite, updates on changes to delivery plan.

The Role: The Order Fulfillment Specialist works directly with external customers to understand their order and schedule needs and effectively communicate these to internal stakeholders. You will work with internal stakeholders on the execution of these schedule needs and communicate back delivery expectations to the end customers. You will work in both our internal business system and customer systems to ensure that day to day scheduling requirements and orders are met.

You will spend your time:
  • Corresponding with customers regarding purchase orders and scheduling
  • Processing customer purchase orders from receipt to shipment

    • Entering customer orders and changes into business system
    • Reviewing material status and communicating issues to internal stakeholders and customers
    • Communicating customer schedule needs to internal stakeholders
    • Communicating shipping information to external customers
  • Creating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly scheduling and order reports
  • Participating in customer team meetings, customer visits, new product introduction meetings and prototype kickoff meetings
  • Managing production jobs from creation to completion including changes
  • Communicating with departments as needed
  • Developing and improving company work instructions and procedures
  • Participating in process improvement discussions and projects
  • Updating planning parameters in business system
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Materials Resource Planning (MRP) systems experience
  • Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
Travel:
  • This position may travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds
