Order Fulfillment Specialist - The Behind-the-Scenes Hero Who Makes the Magic Happen

Join a creative and detail-oriented team at a leading specialty sewing and fabric company, where your work ensures every order arrives perfectly packaged and on time.
Hours & Pay:
Part-time, 2-4 days per week (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, sometimes until orders are complete)
$15-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Daily Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, wrap, pack, and ship customer orders
Manage inventory, including packaging supplies and labels
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy
Assist in process improvement and problem-solving for smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience using Google Docs and Google Sheets
1 year of online order fulfillment experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Cheerful, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a drama-free environment
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 30-40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and think 2-3 steps ahead
Physical & Work Environment:
On your feet for most of the day
Able to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds
Fast-paced environment with seasonal fluctuations in order volume
