Job Description

Rustic, secluded, and peaceful, Dormie Club's 310 acres melt into the rolling hills. The only original Coore & Crenshaw design in North Carolina features a 241-yard reverse Redan par three and plays very fast. Definitely a bucket list course.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Shuttle Driver, you will:
  • Greet members and guests with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage.
  • Provide quick and pleasant customer courtesy, service, and satisfaction.
  • Follow all established procedures for shuttle drivers, including pre-trip inspections, designated routes, accurate record-keeping, and regular effective radio communication.
  • Maintain accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to members and guests.
  • Maintain a clean, pleasant, and calm environment inside the shuttle (including but not limited to, windows rolled up, company approved audio/video playing, interior lights on, no air freshener spraying, no items on the dashboard, and no food on shuttle).
  • Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service to all members and guests.
  • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements governing, including Department of Transportation.
  • Keeps all areas of shuttle clean (including shuttle interior and windows).
  • Comply with all uniform and appearance guidelines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes.

  • Is able to read maps, road signs and follow GPS directions.
  • Works independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the operating area preferred.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting during transportation.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
  • Must be able to visually inspect vehicle for safety, read maps and road signs.
  • Able to communicate with others.
