Job Description

Role: Technical Product Owner Location- NJC, NJ- 3 days onsite in a week Visa independent only Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product backlog for the ADR initiative; prioritize features based on business value and regulatory timelines.
• Work closely with stakeholders across ADR operations, compliance, product teams, and technology to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the voice of the customer and ensure alignment of delivery with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Lead grooming sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile delivery teams.
• Ensure traceability between business objectives and delivered technical features.
• Identify system/process gaps and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
• Track progress, report on risks/issues, and support change management and UAT activities.

• 10+ years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Strong understanding of ADR (American Depositary Receipts), securities processing, and custody operations.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing epics/stories and maintaining a product backlog.
• Familiarity with reference data systems, settlements, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially across business and technology functions.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and product management frameworks.
