Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Title Insurance Post Closing Disbursement Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of real estate transactions related to title insurance. You will play a critical role in supporting the post-closing process, verifying disbursements, and maintaining quality control.
While previous title, escrow, or disbursements experience is helpful, we are willing to train a candidate who has a strong order entry or customer service background and high attention to detail. About Us At

Requirements
Here's what you will be responsible for... - Reviewing closing documentation to ensure all parties have signed and completed all necessary forms accurately
- Confirming all post-closing procedures are completed, including verifying that final documents are correctly recorded and filed
- Communicating with escrow officers, clients, lenders, and underwriters to resolve any post-closing issues
- Preparing and distributing payments to appropriate parties after closing by processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers, as well as verification of funds
- Verifying payoff information and ensure loans are properly paid off post-closing
- Preparing and sending out final policy of title insurance to appropriate parties
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of all post-closing activities
- Addressing customer inquiries related to the disbursement after closing, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with ordering and stocking of supplies at the corporate headquarters
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Education : Minium of a High school diploma or GED, required
Experience: - 1 year of related experience, preferred
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow title/industry
- Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state law.
- Intermediate level computer proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) as well as industry specific software (ResWare / Proform Select)
