3141077\n\n RN- MS/TELE\n\nDESCRIPTION:\n\nJob Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry\nLocation: Mayfield Heights, OH 44124\nContract Length: 13 weeks\nShift: Night Shift – 3x12s \n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide direct patient care in a MS/Telemetry unit\n\nMonitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition\n\nAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders\n\nCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams\n\nAccurately document patient assessments and care provided\n\nEducate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care needs\n\nRequirements:\n\nActive Ohio RN license (or compact license)\n\nMinimum 1–2 years of recent MS/Tele experience\n\nBLS required; ACLS preferred\n\nStrong cardiac monitoring and interpretation skills\n\nAbility to work 12-hour night shifts
