Job Description
We are looking for someone who has 1 yr minimum RECEPTION EXPERIENCE and wants to be a part of a growing NAIL SALON. If you know anything about front desk reception you know it requires multi-tasking, a smile and the desire to hustle.
REQUIRE: 1/ at least 1 yr REPCEPTION EXPERIENCE AT NAIL SALON
2/ CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, VIETNAMESE
If you don't meet 2 require above, please don't apply this position.
Responsibilities:
-processing transactions and issuing receipts
-warmly greet clients and inform assigned technicians of their arrival and services
-booking & confirming appointments via phone, yelp, and instagram
-welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
-update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Requirements:
-familiarity with processing transactions
-ability to speak vietnamese to communicate to technicians
-excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, email) with a customer service attitude
-solid organization and record keeping skills
-ability to multitask and remain calm under stressful situations
Schedule option 1: MANAGER NAIL SALON
Tues - Sat : 9am - 6pm
Schedule option 2: RECEPTIONIST
Tues - Friday: 5pm - 9pm and Sunday: 10 am - 5pm
This position for this shift just requires:
Social media and website management skills, booking appointments, advertisement. Detailed orented in a fastpaced working environment, growing marketing.
